A panel from page 9 of The Yankee, up today on Study Group Comics. I’ll be taking a break for a little bit, so now would be a good time to catch up for anyone that’s interested.

Panel detail from today’s Yankee page over at Study Group. These are the first humans in the comic that aren’t relevant to the plot. Also my first car, such as it is.

And I got double teamed! My friend Juan also did a Yankee, which is amazing in more of a Syd Barrett sort of way.
Jesus guys, I’m flattered.

My friend Nicole did this amazing Yankee fan art from outta nowhere. She so did a better job managing that hair than I did.

Jason Leivian is going to the San Diego Comic Con with a full issue preview of The Yankee! He wrote it and I drew it. The full final issue will be going to the printers in(probably) about a month from now. This thing has everything in it though, barring some peripherals. Check it out if you’re at SDCC, or if you run into Jason at Trickster.

Here’s a not-quite-finalized idea for a Yankee cover. I’ve gone through three different completed covers before this one, all pieces that I like, but that don’t work as a cover. Cover design is definitely not one of my strong suits.
