sloaneohno: d-pi: So, I’m also honored to be among the contributors to BATTLES WITHOUT HONOR AND HUMANITY, a yakuza-eiga inspired art show, curated by Sloane Leong. It jumps off on the 15th with a screening of one of my favorite films, Suzuki Seijun’s Branded to Kill. I’m gonna post some process over on my art tumblr in a little bit. also… go buy, Prince of Cats! I made it for you! It comes out today and there are Yakuza in it. (Bigup to Mio Soul who helped me with the translation, check her music out, she’s very talented) YES. YES. YES. The absolute best thing. Goodness gracious.
