  5. Today, UK-based Arrow Video announced their list of upcoming blu-ray releases for the summer, and among them is Seijun Suzuki’s Branded to Kill. I was hired to do the box art for it, based on a previous poster I did for a yakuza-themed art show put on by my pal Sloane Leong.

I’m super excited. This was so much fun to work on. The release includes Trapped in Lust, a 1973 pink film re-imagining of it that I hadn’t heard anything about before. I can’t wait to see it.

Looking for some amazing art? Wanna find your favorite, or soon-to-be favorite cartoonist? Check out the fancy Exhibitor page and peep this new map! (the old one got deleted before we could post it, OOPS!)
THEN! Come to Linework NW this Saturday! It’s FREE!!!!

I’ll be at Linework NW this weekend. I’m not tabling, but I’ll be roaming and probably handing out some leftover prints I have to people I recognize. And drooling on everybody’s work.

But really though, LOOK at that lineup. UGH.
